The AVAIN LABS® Vertical Double Walled Autoclave – Wing Nut Type with Simple Thermostat is a high-performance laboratory sterilization unit designed for hospitals, research laboratories, pharmaceutical industries, microbiology labs, educational institutions, clinics, and industrial applications. Built with premium stainless steel construction, this vertical autoclave delivers reliable, safe, and efficient steam sterilization for laboratory instruments, glassware, surgical tools, culture media, dressings, and other sterilizable materials.

The autoclave features a double-walled vertical construction, with the inner chamber manufactured from high-quality Stainless Steel 304 Grade, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and long service life. The outer body is also fabricated from stainless steel, providing a hygienic, rust-resistant, and easy-to-clean finish.

The lid is sealed using a jointless, high-grade Silicon-Neoprene gasket, ensuring a leak-proof steam seal while maintaining consistent pressure throughout the sterilization cycle. Depending on customer requirements, the unit is available with a Wing Nut Locking Mechanism or a Pedal Lifting System with Radial Locking Mechanism for convenient and secure operation.

Designed for dependable performance, the autoclave is equipped with a Simple Thermostat for temperature control and can be supplied with or without an Automatic Pressure Control Switch based on application requirements.

For enhanced safety and operational efficiency, the unit includes a pressure gauge, water level indicator, spring-loaded safety valve, drain cock, steam release cock, and a heavy-duty immersion type heating element for rapid steam generation.

The sterilizer is factory preset to operate at 15 PSI and 121°C, the internationally accepted sterilization standard, and each unit is hydraulically tested up to 30 PSI to ensure maximum safety and reliability.

Compatible with 230V AC (Single Phase) or 440V AC (Three Phase), 50 Hz power supply, the AVAIN LABS® Vertical Autoclave is suitable for continuous laboratory and industrial sterilization operations.
