The sieve shaker is designed to carry up to 8 nos. of 8-inch diameter test sieves, allowing users to process multiple sieve levels efficiently in a single operation. It is driven by a heavy-duty electric motor that provides dependable mechanical agitation for effective particle separation.

Unlike conventional rotating sieve mechanisms, the sieve table does not rotate. Instead, it is inclined from the vertical axis, producing an effective shaking action for thorough and uniform screening. The unit is also equipped with a variable speed regulator, allowing the operating speed to be adjusted according to the material and testing requirements.

The AVAIN LABS® Sieve Shaker operates on 220 Volts, 50 Hz A.C. power, making it suitable for standard laboratory electrical supplies. The instrument is supplied without test sieves, enabling users to select the appropriate sieve specifications for their particular application.
