The AVAIN LABS® Tissue Homogeniser is a high-quality, high-speed laboratory instrument designed for efficient tissue homogenization, sample grinding, mixing, and stirring. Designed with durability and stability in mind, the AVAIN LABS® Tissue Homogeniser features a heavy and stable cast iron base, duly painted for long-lasting protection. The instrument is supported by a strong mild steel chrome-plated upright rod, providing excellent stability during high-speed operation.

The unit is equipped with a powerful AC-DC motor, stainless steel stirring shaft, and a glass vessel tissue grinder with a Teflon head for efficient and uniform homogenization of tissue samples. A variable speed control unit enables precise adjustment of the operating speed according to different laboratory and sample preparation requirements.

For added flexibility, both the height of the stirrer and the stirring speed are adjustable, allowing convenient operation with different sample volumes and vessels. The high-performance motor is designed for smooth and continuous long-duration operation, making the instrument suitable for routine and demanding laboratory applications.

Operating on 220V AC, 50Hz, single-phase power supply, the AVAIN LABS® Tissue Homogeniser delivers a high operating speed of approximately 3500 to 4000 RPM, ensuring fast and effective tissue grinding and sample homogenization.
