Powered by a 1 HP electric motor, this robust tablet punching machine is designed for the production of tablets up to 1000 mg, depending on the selected die and punch size. The machine is available with 6 mm, 9 mm, or 12 mm die and punch sets (any one size) to suit different tablet production requirements.
The AL-809E features an automatic compression and ejection mechanism that operates with each revolution of the wheel drive, helping provide smooth and efficient tablet production. Its heavy-duty cast iron body and eccentric pressure system provide strength, stability, and reliable operation.
The AVAIN LABS® AL-809E Tablet Punching Machine is built on a heavy-duty cast iron body designed to provide stability during operation. The eccentric pressure system supports effective compression for tablet manufacturing applications.
