The AVAIN LABS® Rectangular Muffle Furnace Industrial Model is a high-performance, electrically operated furnace designed for high-temperature heating applications in laboratories, research institutions, educational institutes, manufacturing facilities, and industrial environments.
Engineered for reliable and uniform heating, the furnace is suitable for applications such as heat treatment, annealing, ashing, sintering, material testing, thermal processing, and laboratory research.
The furnace features a robust outer body manufactured from high-quality Mild Steel (MS) sheet with a durable powder-coated finish, providing excellent mechanical strength and long-lasting performance.
The heating chamber is insulated using high-grade ceramic wool insulation, designed to minimize thermal loss and improve thermal efficiency. This insulation helps maintain stable temperatures while reducing unnecessary heat transfer to the outer body.
The AVAIN LABS® Rectangular Muffle Furnace is designed for temperatures of up to 1200°C, with a recommended working temperature of up to 1100°C.
Temperature regulation is controlled through a Microprocessor PID-Based Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller, providing accurate temperature monitoring and precise control during operation.
The PID-based controller helps maintain stable furnace temperatures and improves consistency for demanding laboratory and industrial heating processes.
The furnace is equipped with heating elements made from Kanthal wire, a special high-temperature alloy designed for reliable operation at elevated temperatures.
