The oven is insulated with 75 mm thick high-grade glass wool, minimizing heat loss and improving energy efficiency. Equipped with a digital temperature controller, it delivers precise temperature regulation with ±1°C accuracy, ensuring consistent and repeatable results.
For efficient heating, tubular heating elements are placed on three sides (including the bottom), combined with a forced air blower system that ensures uniform airflow and temperature distribution throughout the chamber. The oven also features air ventilation on both sides to maintain optimal internal conditions.
Additional convenience comes with perforated adjustable shelves (optional), allowing flexible loading for various sample sizes. Designed to operate on 220/230V, 50Hz power supply, this hot air oven is suitable for continuous industrial and laboratory use.
