The AVAIN LABS® Sound Level Meter with Data Logging – GM-1356 is a professional digital instrument designed for accurate sound and noise level measurement, monitoring, and data recording. With a measuring range of up to 130 dB, high 0.1 dB resolution, and ±1.5 dB accuracy, it is suitable for a wide range of environmental, industrial, laboratory, workplace, and acoustic measurement applications.

The GM-1356 features A/C frequency weighting, FAST/SLOW response selection, a 4-digit digital display, analog bar graph, maximum value hold, automatic power-off, and data storage. Its data-logging capability allows recorded measurements to be retained for later analysis and reporting. The instrument also provides AC and PWM signal outputs and supports PC connectivity for data handling.
