Triple-Walled Construction

The AVAIN LABS® Vertical High Pressure Autoclave features a triple-walled construction designed to provide a strong and durable sterilization chamber. The inner and outer walls are manufactured from stainless steel, making the unit suitable for demanding laboratory environments.

The robust construction supports consistent sterilization performance while providing durability for regular institutional use.

Pressure Control & Safety

The autoclave is fitted with a pressure gauge and automatically controlled pressure switch to help maintain the selected operating pressure. The pressure can be adjusted between 10 and 20 PSI according to the sterilization requirement.

For additional operational safety, the unit incorporates a safety valve and steam release valve. The sterilizers are hydraulically tested up to 2.5 times the working pressure, providing an important pressure-resistance test during manufacturing.

High-Grade Jointless Gasket

A jointless high-grade Silicon-Neoprene gasket is provided to create an effective seal between the lid and chamber. The jointless construction helps minimize steam leakage and supports efficient pressure retention during operation.

Radial Locking Mechanism

The lid is equipped with a radial locking mechanism designed to provide secure closure during pressurized operation. A foot lifting system is also incorporated for convenient handling and operation of the lid.
