Engineered for reliable performance, the unit is hydraulically tested up to 40 PSI and equipped with advanced safety and control features including a digital temperature controller, timer, automatic pressure switch, safety valve, steam release valve, and automatic low-water cut-off device. The separate stainless steel boiler ensures efficient steam generation, while the vacuum breaker system enables controlled steam injection and exhaust for effective sterilization cycles.
