The AVAIN LABS® Horizontal Laminar Air Flow Cabinet is designed to provide a continuous stream of particle-free, ultra-clean air to meet Class 100 clean air conditions, ensuring a sterile and contamination-free working environment. Ideal for microbiology laboratories, pharmaceutical industries, biotechnology research, hospitals, tissue culture laboratories, electronics manufacturing, and quality control applications, this cabinet delivers superior protection for sensitive samples and processes.

Manufactured with a robust Mild Steel Epoxy Powder Coated body or Sunmica-finished thick board construction (model dependent), the cabinet is built for durability and long service life. The stainless steel working table provides a corrosion-resistant, hygienic workspace that is easy to clean and maintain. The transparent Plexiglass side panels and front door offer excellent visibility while protecting the work area.

The cabinet is equipped with a high-efficiency Pre-Filter and HEPA Filter that effectively remove airborne contaminants, providing clean horizontal airflow across the entire working area. A dynamically and statically balanced blower and motor assembly ensures smooth airflow with minimal vibration and exceptionally low noise operation.

For enhanced safety, the cabinet features interlocking of the UV Germicidal Lamp and Fluorescent Light, preventing simultaneous operation. The spacious working area is illuminated by a bright fluorescent tube, and a gas cock is provided for convenient laboratory operations. The unit operates on a standard 220–230V AC power supply.
