The furnace features a robust outer body manufactured from high-quality Mild Steel (MS) sheet with a durable powder-coated finish, providing excellent mechanical strength and long-lasting performance.

The heating chamber is insulated using high-grade ceramic wool insulation, designed to minimize thermal loss and improve thermal efficiency. This insulation helps maintain stable temperatures while reducing unnecessary heat transfer to the outer body.

Temperature regulation is controlled through a Microprocessor PID-Based Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller, providing accurate temperature monitoring and precise control during operation.
